Alternatively, you can find the information in cPanel

  1. Login to cPanel
  2. Go to Mail > Email accounts
  3. On the end of each row, you should see "More" Click that, and choose "Configure email client"
  4. At the bottom, you should see the mail server settings.
Mail Server Username: account+yourdomain.com.au
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) sydney.tndesigns.com.au
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) sydney.tndesigns.com.au (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
